Standard Furniture Items
For standard furniture items such as sofas, beds, cupboards, and tables purchased from our showroom floor, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, free from any damage, stains, or modifications. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Custom-Made Furniture
Due to the personalized nature of custom-ordered furniture, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.[1][2] We encourage our customers to be present during the production of their custom pieces to ensure the design, size, and materials meet their exact specifications before the final product is completed. An order for custom furniture, once placed and production has commenced, cannot be canceled.[3]
Exchange Offer for Old Furniture
Our unique exchange program allows customers to trade in their old or broken furniture for new items. The valuation of the old furniture is agreed upon at the time of the exchange and deducted from the price of the new item. New furniture purchased through this exchange offer is subject to the same return policy as standard items; however, the credit from the exchanged old furniture is non-refundable and can only be used as store credit for a future purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure our furniture is delivered in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 9767465983 or 9761727723. We will arrange for a prompt repair, replacement, or, if the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund.
Special Promotions
Items purchased with a special discount, such as the Teej festival offer, are eligible for return or exchange under the standard policy unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The refund or credit will be for the amount paid after the discount was applied.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our showroom directly. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. For items that were delivered, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery fee unless the item is damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment or as store credit, as applicable.
